Save The Family’s Case Manager has a caseload of families, assisting clients with
locating and securing rental housing in the community. The Case Manager assists with
obtaining and completing paperwork, identifying referral sources, and providing direction
toward setting and meeting client goals.

Executive Assistant/IT Liaison
The Executive Assistant/IT Liaison is a key part of the STF administrative team, managing all office functions while primarily supporting the CEO. This role provides support to the organization administrative team, in addition, this position serves as the IT liaison for all staff throughout the STF/ARM agencies, trouble-shooting issues as they arise and ensuring all staff are equipped with the appropriate equipment needed to perform their jobs with support from the IT company.

Administrative Assistant/Front Desk
The primary role of the administrative assistant is to work effectively with the public to assist them in obtaining information about, and applying for, Save the Family programs, as well as providing information to clients needing access to staff members and helping with their requests for information.
